CEO & Co-Founder
Jagdish has extensive experience in the hospitality industry as a Revenue Management and Distribution specialist, managing diverse teams under leading hospitality brands such as The Ritz-Carlton Hotels, Shangri-La Hotels & Resorts, Banyan Tree Hotels & Resorts, SilverNeedle Hospitality and Travelodge Hotels Asia.
Jagdish likes to challenge the norm and think outside the box for solutions. She is always open to share her knowledge on technology and keen sense of what is the next big thing that will impact tourism through workshops, round-tables and conferences.
In her spare time, Jagdish believes in giving back – she volunteered as a relief worker during the Tsunami and Pakistan earthquake. She is also an avid animal lover who fosters and rehomes kittens in her spare time.
VP & Co-Founder
Serene has 30 years of hospitality Sales and Marketing experience holding leadership positions in various international hotel brands such as Westin Hotels & Resorts, Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts, Shangri-La Hotels & Resorts, Frasers Hospitality and Meritus Hotels & Resorts. She also held a leadership position at Wildlife Reserves Singapore.
Throughout her career, she has dedicated herself to honing her sales and marketing skills, determined to not only exceed her goals but also help her teams go beyond their comfort zone and become successful on their own journey.
Constantly living an active lifestyle, Serene likes to travel and cycles in her spare time. Serene is also an avid animal lover who adopted animals in the Singapore Zoo.
Director, Business Development
Lawrence is a highly accomplished Hospitality executive with more than 25 years experience in Sales and Marketing in Asia Pacific. His career brought him to work with brands such as Westin Hotels, Banyan Tree Hotels & Resorts, Concorde Hotel, Holiday Inn Crowne Plaza, just to name a few. His work has taken him from Singapore and through Southeast Asia, to Phuket, Samui, Siem Reap and Bangkok, where he held leadership positions in Sales, Marketing and Operations.
A graduate Cornell University's summer programme, Lawrence will focus on the area of Business Development for the company and clients. He brings with him his deep knowledge of the industry, business segments and vast industry network contacts, which will be key in driving leads generations and group acquisitions across Asia.
In his spare time, Lawrence enjoys a social round of golf and travelling with his family.
Revenue & Distribution Manager
Kelly is a hospitality professional who believes in hard work and a positive attitude to get the job done. She joins Frozen Lime armed with more than 13 years experience in the areas of Reservations, E-Commerce and Revenue Management. Her past roles included working with brands such as Ritz Carlton, Outrigger, Sheraton, Mandarin Oriental and Grand Lapa, across the divides between Malaysia, the Maldives and Macau.
Based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, Kelly will work closely with the Revenue and Distribution team on analytics, parity and inventory controls through distribution channels, while monitoring pace and reporting. Her experience will add value to each client's ability to anticipate and respond to market forces, and enhance their overall Sales and Marketing efforts for better results.
In her off hours, Kelly enjoys a good K-drama or K-pop concert, travelling and exploring cuisines.
LILIAN FRANCISCA DURENG
Revenue & Distribution Manager
Lilian is a travel and hospitality distribution, reservations and revenue professional who believes strongly in teamwork, good communication and a self-driven attitude in order to succeed. With more than a decade's experience in travel reservations, revenue, market management and partner relations under her belt, Lilian has worked with a number of brands in such as Hilton, Capri by Frasers, Expedia, Traveloka, Traders Hotel and more.
Based in Kuala Lumpur, she joins Frozen Lime Asia to work closely and support all the work by the Revenue and Distribution team for our hotels, and will focus on strategies and processes to optimise rates and maximise revenue. She will also manage rates and allotments through distribution channels.
In her personal time off, Lilian enjoys chasing a good food trail, and is always keen to travel to be exposed to different cultures abroad.
POW ZHI HOE
Sales & Marketing Manager
A graduate of Les Roches International School of Hotel Management, Switzerland, Zhi Hoe brings his enthusiasm and sales experience from roles at Grand Hyatt and Shangri-La in Kuala Lumpur, where he was the Silver Star Best Employee. He also worked organising fund raisers and charity events.
Zhi Hoe focuses on Frozen Lime client properties, representing them to trade and corporate accounts, including travel agents, corporate clients, MICE, embassies, consulates. He recommends brands and hotels in different locations as best suited to clients’ needs and events.
Off-hours Zhi Hoe is an avid shutterbug! He also enjoys historical sites, badminton, swimming, mountain-trekking and cooking, and is a Taekwondo Black Belt exponent. He also enjoys volunteer work at orphanages.
A tech-savvy entrepreneur, Leonard joins FLA with experience in various sectors including hospitality. Leonard was most recently with Inspire-Tech doing sales and business development for their products. Prior to that, he was an entrepreneur of his own line of exercise apparel Exercise Suit-Up which focused him on online sales, social media presence and marketing for positive ROIs, as well as Manager of Superfly Parkour Academy, in charge of overall business operations and planning.
He was also exposed to and worked on MICE events and hotel sourcing for MICE customers in Shanghai. At FLA, Leonard will be working on Corporate accounts, Government and MICE for our hotels and portfolio.
In his spare time, Leonard is an avid reader and particularly enjoys autobiographies, self-help books. His great passion is Parkour, being a trainer and coach and even winner of Warrior titles in various competitions.
Business Operations Manager
Jasmine is an experienced project leader in start-ups and with over 20 years’ experience in positions managing stakeholders in service, property and hospitality industries. With a particular penchant for start-ups, she enjoys being part of a team to help the business grow and succeed. A stickler for well-run operations and the written word, she thrives on project management, CSR initiatives and strategic planning.
At Frozen Lime Asia, Jasmine manages the day-to-day operations encompassing Human Resources, Administration and Finance. In previous roles, Jasmine was the Human Capital Manager of Silverneedle Hospitality, working on the full spectrum of human capital duties including payroll, employee welfare and benefits, on-boarding, exit clearance, employee engagement and communications. She was also with Alila Hotels & Resorts responsible for project marketing for their award-winning property in Bali.
Off work, she serves actively in church ministries and enjoys ticking off her bucket list which has brought her around the world.
