Frozen Lime Asia's Latest Signing - Welcome Lexis Hotel Group

The Lexis Group of Hotels & Resorts, a progressive and innovative hotel management group that operates contemporary and iconic hotel properties in Malaysia, has a collection of hotels and resorts in Port Dickson and Penang. Lexis was the very first resort in the country to boast a private pool in every guest room. Hot on the heels of that in 2015, the Group came up with another first - each of the 639 Lexis Hibiscus Port Dickson villas comes equipped with private dip pool and steam room. Readily recognisable with its villas in the shape of a hibiscus fanning into the ocean, the Lexis Hibiscus is an iconic Malaysia hotel located in Port Dickson and is the Guinness World Record holder of the most number of pools and water villas in a single resort.

Frozen Lime Asia is very pleased to welcome the Lexis group of hotels and resorts into its growing stable of hotels.

The FLA sales team recently visited all three Lexis Hotels located in Port Dickson- Lexis Port Dickson, Grand Lexis Port Dickson and Lexis Hibiscus.

Read on as Leonard shares his experience from the trip.

Port Dickson is a coastal town in Malaysia, situated an hour's drive away from Kuala Lumpur and a four-hour coach ride from Singapore. It is a popular holiday and corporate retreat destination for regional travelers and Malaysians.

Grand Lexis Port Dickson

We were warmly greeted by friendly staff at Grand Lexis Port Dickson upon arrival and promptly checked in to our villas. I felt welcomed and relaxed as I was shown to my spacious villa in Grand Lexis, with room sizes starting from 62 square metres. All 316 villas and suites in Grand Lexis come with a private pool, cleaned daily.

Guests are treated to a wide spread of local and international cuisines at Roselle Coffee house, one of the five dining options available in Grand Lexis. After a hearty lunch, we were shown around the expansive property. The resort is ideal for corporate retreats, with a grand ballroom that accommodates up to 650 people and seven break-out rooms. There's a plethora of recreation facilities and activities at Grand Lexis, with a dedicated recreation team to assist in team-building activities such as treasure hunts or a game of archery.

Adjacent to Grand Lexis is the Lexis Port Dickson. This is an affordable accommodation option with similar over-water villa concept as Grand Lexis, boasting a cosy bathtub in every room.

Lexis Port Dickson

Following a well-rested night and an invigorating morning dip in the private pool, we checked out of Grand Lexis and drove 30 minutes to Lexis Hibiscus for our second-night stay, this time at an unmissable property in Port Dickson. The hibiscus flower-shaped resort has a total of 639 rooms comprising villas and suites equipped with a private sauna and pool. The complimentary and efficient buggy service (available at all three properties) promptly brought us to our room upon check-in. I was wonder-struck upon entering as my room opened up to a stylish interior, beckoning music from the flat-screen television, as well as a stunning ocean view! Guests would totally enjoy being indoors in this luxurious accommodation.

Lexis Hibiscus is well-equipped for corporate functions, with a grand ballroom that can accommodate up to 700 guests and 10 break-out meeting rooms, conveniently located on the same level. After a tour around Lexis Hibiscus, we enjoyed a scrumptious buffet dinner at Hibiscus Roselle Coffee House, one of the eight dining options available, with an outdoor cooking station serving local delights cooked fresh on-demand by their chefs. Following dinner, we took in magnificent panoramic views of the shoreline and the Hibiscus light-up from Sky Light Bar, perched atop highest floor of the resort.
